Skip Caffeine 200 mg 100 tablets

Skip Caffeine tablets can be used for temporary fatigue. Caffeine helps to increase alertness and thereby counteracts feelings of fatigue. Caffeine contributes to increased endurance and reduced perceived effort during prolonged exercise.
1 tablet contains 200 mg of caffeine.
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet per day with a meal. Can be swallowed whole or divided for a lower dose (the tablet does not have a dividing notch). It is also good to crumble into e.g. a sports drink if you want caffeine in the drink. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
