Berocca Energy Orange is a sugar-free multivitamin with orange flavor. The effervescent tablets dissolve in water and contain a tailor-made mixture of 11 vitamins and minerals: vitamin C and all 8 B vitamins as well as magnesium and zinc.
Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B12, C and magnesium help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. 
Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. Vitamin B6, folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin C and zinc contribute to a normally functioning immune system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and biotin (vitamin B7) contribute to a normally functioning nervous system.
