Glyc Active is formulated to support joint health and mobility. It contains Boswellia serrata extract, turmeric root extract, manganese, vitamin K2, L-arginine, vitamin C, vitamin D2 and black pepper.

Turmeric is used for centuries to treat pain and inflammation and is used to treat arthritis. Manganese is essential for healthy bones and connective tissues and for the production of collagen, which is needed for healthy joints. Vitamin K2 supports the maintenance of normal blood clotting. Black pepper is added to optimize absorption of nutrients. Vitamin C promotes wound healing and protects the body from free radicals.

Recommended dose: 2 tablets per day. In the first 2-6 weeks, the intake can be increased to 4 tablets per day.
