Holistic Whey Protein Vanilla, an ultra-filtered whey protein powder with chromium, digestive enzymes and no sweeteners, comes from cows on Nordic farms. The whey protein vanilla concentrate is carefully processed to maintain its nutritional quality.
Whey is considered the best source of protein, among other things for its balanced profile of easily absorbable amino acids. Holistics Whey Protein Vanilla Powder contains both essential and non-essential amino acids, digestive enzymes, sunflower lecithin, and chromium. Digestive enzymes improve the absorption of proteins and break down lactose. Sunflower lecithin makes the whey protein vanilla more easily soluble and chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Dosage: Mix 30 g of powder (approx. 0.8 dl) with 2–3 dl of liquid. Drink as needed.
